YES! Every YaYa toy undergoes a strict sanitation process before it gets sent out to the next family to enjoy. The sanitation process removes all risk of germs and bacteria. Our epidemiology experts make sure that our cleaning processes are baby safe and follow international guidelines while meeting all US safety standards.

Can I change my subscription or cancel it anytime?
Yes, you can. Simply get in touch to cancel your subscription. You’ll need to send back any toys you have at home before your cancellation can be processed.
What if I damage, break or lose part of a toy?
Yep, that old story of kids and toys…we get that things can go wrong and that kids are really good at hiding parts of them too. So, normal wear and tear are completely acceptable with shared toys.
However, a fee may apply to toys that are damaged to the point where we had to replace them altogether. We will charge a fee we believe is fair and represents the value of the toy, up to a maximum of 70% retail value. When pricing a damaged toy, we take into account how long it has been in our inventory, whether the damage can be repaired, if the toy needs to be replaced for safety reasons, it’s condition was defined as less than “good” or “great,” and whether it is working according to the manufacturer’s design.

How would I know it’s time for my next box?
We’ll send you an email after placing the order to tell you when your YaYa box is about to arrive. Your first box will be delivered within 1-6 business days. You can expect an email reminder a few days prior to the delivery or swapping.
Please remember you can always update your child’s developmental stage or playing preference by retaking our YaYa quiz. Our expert team encourages you to do so every 3-4 months or after a significant milestone.

Which age range do you cater for?
Currently, our personalized toy rental boxes are offered to children 12-24 months old. We are aiming on growing quickly, and offer our service to a wider range of ages. To be the first to know about future expansion take the quiz and get into our waiting list.

Sure, please email us at and we will send it to you. Make sure the new address is within our shipping area.
Which condition should I expect the toys to be in?
Some toys would be brand new while the others are pre-loved and can be described as As good as new or great condition.
What if a toy arrives damaged or missing a piece?
Oh bummer, please understand that sometimes accidents happen. Please contact our customer care team ASAP to report any damaged toys or missing pieces and we will replace the toy or credit you with YAYA points for your next round.

What if we want to purchase the toys?
We understand it’s sometimes hard to part ways with a toy, so we can offer a special price for you to purchase the toys you wish to keep. How to do that? Either email us or leave us a message via the contact us page.
Can I leave the box I have for another round?
We try to be as flexible as possible! If we didn’t promise this to another kid we’ll happily extend the rental period. Please contact our customer care team and they will give an answer on whether the toys you're holding are eligible for an extension. The sooner you will put your request in, the higher the chances that the toy will still be available.
I don't have the YAYA bag/ box for returning toys to you?
To keep our products in great condition, we carefully pack each toy in eco-friendly materials. If you lose our fabric bag, you’ll be charged $17. If you can’t return the toys in our box, that’s ok. Either way, try to make sure you’re doing your best to return the toys to us safely for the next family to enjoy. Please use a CORRUGATED box that is available to you, and gather each toy’s pieces in a separate bag. If you feel that some cushioning will help, though in some bubble wrap.
I'm returning a toy, but I don't know what it came with?
We got you! You’ll be able to find it in the email we sent you describing the content of your box. You'll find a detailed description of every toy and all the parts it came with. If you can’t find it, please email our support team with your full name and email address and we’ll send it to you again.
How much do you charge for delivery and returns?
We don’t! Shipping is free!
Can I reschedule the return date for my box?
Yes definitely! Just give us a 5 days heads up and select an earlier pickup date from our dedicated dates either respond to our return remainder or contact our Customer Care firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose to return the boxes earlier than scheduled you’ll have credit for the amount of early return towards your next box- any box you select
